SAGINAW-The Alcona soccer team's season came to an end Monday with a 4-2 loss to Saginaw Valley Lutheran in the opening round of Division 4 district play.
Alcona (14-8) trailed 2-1 at halftime, but couldn't close the gap in the second half of pla.
