GAYLORD-Nick Esch scored at 4:51 in overtime to lift the Alpena hockey team past Gaylord on Wednesday, 2-1.
Esch's goal capped a stellar shooting night for the Wildcats (8-4-1), who outshot the Blue Devils 59-10.
